Kevin Richards has held high-level senior management and executive leadership positions in multiple major markets — leading large-scale operations, developing high-performing teams, and driving revenue growth across hotels, airports, residential properties, entertainment venues, and transportation services.
His background includes overseeing complex parking and valet operations with responsibility for teams of more than 100 employees, while consistently delivering operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and strategic business development — spanning luxury hospitality, mixed-use developments, municipal operations, transportation logistics, and commercial real estate management.
The beginning
Long before the hotels, the mall, and the ventures, there was a kid working to help his mother put food on the table for a house full of siblings. That work ethic never left — it just found bigger rooms.
